Every order ships free, regardless of order size. No minimum. No fine print.

Timelines are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be prepaid.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, courier delays happen — especially during festive seasons or in remote pin codes. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@wearebaciq.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it immediately.
